Food lovers of all ages love visiting MOFAD to learn about the culture, history, and science behind what we eat.
What drove you to work or create this company/organization? What's your story?
I believe passionately in food education! Everyone eats, and everyone can make positive decisions that are better for their taste buds, health, environment, and communities. Food is one of the most important aspects of human culture, and it deserves a museum.

What is the most gratifying part of your work?
The most gratifying part of my work is seeing people of all ages have fun learning about food. Kids go nuts for our smell machines.

We've had a lot of big food people come through, including Ted Allen, Alice Waters, Wylie Dufresne, among others.

You should visit MOFAD Lab because we have exhibits you can taste and smell. There is no other museum like it, anywhere.
