Certified GANYC Tour Guides

The GANYC tour guide certification program enhances the professionalism and expertise of tour guides in New York City. Our guides play an important role that help make New York City a great destination for all visitors.

These members have passed a 10-week continual educational program that focuses on how to research, plan and conduct high-quality tours.

Sessions included: Tour Planning and Logistics and Communication Prior and After Tours, Tour Navigation and Transportation and Legal and Business Issues, Presentation Skills, Specialty Tours, Architecture Walking Tours, Bus tour in Midtown Manhattan, Walking Tour of Washington Heights, and Creating Tours for Personalized Experiences.
